Shipping Information
MilesTek ships in-stock items directly from its warehouse between 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., CST. Will Call pickups may also come during this timeframe to pick up from our location. We promise fast and accurate service, every time.
Same-Day Shipping:
Same-day shipment applies to qualified, in stock, online, orders received Monday through Friday before 6:00 pm CST.
8.99 flat rate shipping is available through UPS Ground shipping only. In order to qualify, package must weigh under 20 lbs. If above 20lbs, standard ground rates apply.
DELIVERY AND TITLE
a) Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all products are shipped Incoterms 2010 - FCA Shipping Point. Subject to seller's right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the products to the carrier will constitute delivery to buyer and title and risk of loss will pass to the buyer.
b) Seller will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to the buyer's requested delivery date(s). Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by the seller are estimates only and that seller will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.
c) Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by the seller unless specifically designated by the buyer.
d) Seller reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle the buyer to cancel any other installment(s). Delivery of any installment of products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery. Delivery of a quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve the buyer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the products delivered.
e) Deliveries shall be made during normal business hours Monday through Friday. One attempt to deliver will be made. Should delivery need to be rescheduled, any additional costs incurred for redelivery and/or storage fees will be charged to the buyer. Seller shall use reasonable efforts to make timely delivery but shall be excused from any delays arising out of causes beyond its reasonable control. Any specific delivery dates that may be stated are approximate.
f) If completion of delivery is prevented through no fault of the seller, the seller may specify a reasonable alternative place of delivery. Buyer agrees that all costs of storage and transport incurred following an initial attempt at delivery are hereby allocated to and imposed upon the buyer, and shall be added by a seller to the sale price. Delivery may at any time be withheld by seller pending payment of any sum due from the buyer to a seller. Seller will return Product via the incoming method unless an alternative method has been indicated on the purchase order or a change authorized by the buyer representative.
g) Deliveries made outside the 48 contiguous States may be subject to modified terms and conditions as stated within the order quote.
Shipping Methods
MilesTek ships orders domestically and internationally through UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and/or other carriers (per request). All we need is your shipping preference and/or specified carrier account number. MilesTek can make it happen using these trusted shipping methods:

Tracking Information
MilesTek automatically provides confirmation/ tracking numbers with all online orders. Orders made internally (via telephone, fax, etc.) are not provided confirmation numbers, but will receive tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are generally provided the day after the product ships out of our warehouse. In many cases, customers are given a duplicated tracking number. This will not affect the order or price in any way.
Freight
All freight charges are estimates based on weight, destination and ship method. These charges may vary due to oversized or dimensional items and the number of boxes in your shipment. Actual freight will be assessed at the time of order processing. If the actual freight charge on your order varies from the original estimate by more than 20%, you will be contacted by one of our account executives prior to shipment. International shipments will not receive a pre-paid freight estimates, per company policy.
APO/FPO
APO/FPO should be used only for shipments to military bases outside of the contiguous 48 states. All APO/FPO freight charged will appear as zero when you place your order and then be calculated by us upon receipt. Once completed, you will be notified regarding the actual charges prior to shipping.
International Orders
MilesTek does not prepay and add freight to orders to international customers. All international shipments will only be shipped collect to the customer’s UPS, FEDEX or DHL account. The customer may also coordinate the shipment with a US freight forwarder. Packages may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which the order is being shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. The recipient is also responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information Placement of this order with MilesTek constitutes an agreement by the customer to MilesTek that the customer will not ship, give, gift or otherwise distribute this merchandise to any party from a country that is on the US banned list.
